At Peptides Bioscience LLC, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by Peptides Bioscience in writing.

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed, processed, shipped, opened, delivered, or received, except in limited cases involving verified shipping damage, incorrect items, or fulfillment errors.

1. All Sales Are Final

By placing an order with Peptides Bioscience, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits for reasons including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Customer ordering error
Failure to read product information
Product no longer wanted
Product no longer needed
Delay caused by carrier or shipping provider
Refusal of delivery
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Failure to meet age, legal, or eligibility requirements
Improper storage or handling after delivery
Opened, used, altered, or tampered-with products
Products purchased for unauthorized, improper, or unlawful use

2. Limited Exceptions

Peptides Bioscience may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution only in limited circumstances, including:

A product arrives broken or damaged during shipping
The wrong item was shipped
The order was materially incorrect due to a fulfillment error by Peptides Bioscience
The order cannot be shipped and no acceptable alternative is available

Any approved resolution will be determined by Peptides Bioscience and may include a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Under the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, sellers are generally required to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping timelines, and when merchandise cannot be shipped within the promised time, the seller may need to obtain the buyer's consent to a delay or issue a refund for unshipped merchandise. This policy is intended to operate consistently with applicable law.

3. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or visibly compromised during shipping, you must contact Peptides Bioscience promptly at: info@peptidesbioscience.com

To be considered for a replacement or refund review, you must provide:

Your full name
Order number
Email address used for the order
Description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged product
Clear photos of the shipping box or packaging
Clear photos of the shipping label
Any carrier damage notices, if available

Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.

Do not discard the product, packaging, shipping box, label, or related materials until your claim has been reviewed. We may require the damaged item and packaging to be retained for carrier inspection.

4. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you believe you received the wrong item or your order is missing an item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: info@peptidesbioscience.com

Please include your order number, photos of the items received, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.

If Peptides Bioscience verifies that an incorrect item was shipped or a fulfillment error occurred, we may provide a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

5. No Refunds for Customer Error

Peptides Bioscience is not responsible for customer errors made during the ordering process.

No refunds will be issued for incorrect product selection, incorrect quantity selection, incorrect shipping address, duplicate orders, failure to review the order before purchase, or failure to understand product details before ordering.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information before submitting payment.

6. Shipping Delays

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Peptides Bioscience is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, regulatory issues, incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our control.

Shipping delays do not qualify for a refund once an order has been processed or shipped, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, abandoned, returned to sender, or marked undeliverable due to incorrect customer information, failure to accept delivery, or failure to comply with carrier requirements, Peptides Bioscience is not obligated to issue a refund.

Any reshipment, replacement, or credit will be handled at the sole discretion of Peptides Bioscience and may require additional shipping or handling fees.

8. Opened or Used Products

Opened, used, altered, tampered-with, improperly stored, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or replacement.

For safety, quality control, and compliance reasons, Peptides Bioscience does not accept returned products once they have left our control, except where required by law.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By placing an order with Peptides Bioscience, you agree to contact us first at info@peptidesbioscience.com regarding any order issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing a chargeback for a valid, fulfilled, and delivered order may be considered a violation of this Refund Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

Peptides Bioscience reserves the right to provide order records, shipping records, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and policy documentation to payment processors, banks, and dispute resolution providers in response to chargebacks.

10. Final Decision

All refund, replacement, exchange, credit, and damaged-shipment decisions are made at the sole discretion of Peptides Bioscience, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Approval of one refund, replacement, or exception does not create a right to future refunds, replacements, or exceptions.
